E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative

The role exists to convert parts inquiries into sales and help customers find the correct parts. It contributes by researching availability and pricing, supporting online ordering, coordinating account transitions to the e-commerce platform, and working with sales, supply chain, and e-commerce colleagues.

What you'll do

• Respond to parts leads by phone, email, and LiveChat
• research parts, pricing, and availability
• enter sales orders or assist with web orders
• transition customer accounts to the e-commerce platform
• coordinate online availability of requested parts
• assist with RFPs and customer stocking requests
• facilitate core and warranty returns
• maintain current product and market knowledge
• follow company safety policies.
