Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

What you'll do

• Manage jobsite activities from project start through completion
• oversee subcontractors and self-perform crews
• monitor schedules, budgets, and performance goals
• review RFIs, delays, and additional work requirements
• conduct weekly subcontractor meetings
• coordinate drawings and documentation
• track self-performed work
• collaborate with project managers
• support closeout planning
• communicate with owners and inspectors
• enforce safety and quality standards
• oversee up to 100 combined employees and subcontractor personnel depending on project scope.
