The Real Estate and Growth Strategy Intern role is onsite in Lehi, UT, and pays $20 per hour. The intern supports the Growth Team’s evaluation and execution of new locations and strategic initiatives, contributing market research, financial analysis, deal coordination, and materials for leadership and investment decisions.

What you'll do

• Support financial underwriting and scenario analysis for new locations, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities
• research markets and sites, including demographics, competition, landlords, and feasibility
• track business terms and diligence for LOI and lease negotiations
• maintain and analyze the growth pipeline
• prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations
• coordinate deal documentation, meeting follow-ups, and cross-functional action items.
