What you'll do

• Perform routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor-care, pressure-washing, and appliance repairs
• complete service orders promptly and safely
• maintain equipment on scheduled and unscheduled intervals
• repair and prepare vacated rooms for new residents
• manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory
• keep accurate service and maintenance records
• communicate with relevant inspectors and jurisdictions.
