Construction Project Manager, Central Ohio

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite at jobsites across Central Ohio, with assignments based on business needs. The pay range is $105,000–$140,000 per year. The role supports Superior’s electrical construction projects. The project manager coordinates project schedules, resources, budgets, and timelines from kickoff through closeout. Working with superintendents, foremen, clients, and internal departments, the role helps projects progress safely and meet contractual and operational requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage project risks and escalate concerns and solutions
• create and manage project schedules from kickoff to closeout
• oversee project finances, cost control, billings, change orders, and cost-to-complete
• build client relationships and chair project meetings
• coordinate material availability across departments
• guide team members
• review contracts, estimates, drawings, and specifications
• complete closeout procedures
• maintain jobsite safety.
