In-School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The In-School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Centennial, CO, and pays $20–$28 per hour. The full-time, year-round position follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and supports Willow ABA’s school-based program for students with complex needs. The RBT implements individualized, evidence-based ABA interventions under BCBA supervision, supporting student learning, progress, and emotional safety. The role collects behavior and skill-acquisition data and collaborates with teachers, support staff, and BCBAs in a structured classroom setting.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols in a classroom
• support students with high-magnitude behaviors using de-escalation strategies
• collect and document behavior and skill-acquisition data
• collaborate with teachers, support staff, and BCBAs
• follow safety protocols and behavior plans
• maintain a professional, compassionate, trauma-informed approach
• attend training and professional development.
