Tennis and Pickleball Coach

The Tennis and Pickleball Coach role is in person at schools across the Bay Area, with pay of $50–$65 per hour and a maximum of 2–5 hours per week. CALEX SPORTS INC provides after-school tennis and pickleball classes for students in grades K–3. The coach teaches classes using provided lesson plans and helps create a positive learning environment for children. The role also includes managing class activities, preparing equipment, tracking attendance, communicating with parents and school staff, and providing student feedback.

What you'll do

• Teach pickleball and tennis using provided lesson plans
• manage classes of 8–16 students ages 5–10
• attend two-day training and shadowing
• transport and set up tennis equipment
• take attendance and sign students in and out
• interact with parents and school office staff
• provide student feedback
• capture a few session photos.

Why this role
