Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in High Point, NC, with pay of $90,000–$120,000 per year based on experience. The position manages construction projects from startup through closeout for a client of Superior Skilled Trades.

What you'll do

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, documentation, and execution
• review contracts, drawings, specifications, and requirements
• develop and maintain project schedules
• coordinate procurement, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and engineering
• monitor field progress and project costs
• manage change orders, risks, inspections, reporting, and closeout. Travel to assigned project sites approximately 1–3 days per week.
