RN - Full Time Days - LTC in Jessie, ND. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. This role is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team and is responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, and resident education.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks.
• Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.
