What you'll do

• Serve as a first point of contact by phone, in person, and digitally
• schedule and confirm appointments
• enter client information into Applied Epic
• assist with follow-up and outreach
• help existing clients with policy updates, billing questions, endorsements, cancellations, and document requests
• maintain client records
• coordinate with team members and carriers
• support renewals and retention
• assist with office operations
• and identify process improvements.
