Registered Nurse (RN) - Stroke Services Coordinator

Deliver nursing and collaborative medical aspects of care to specific populations. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to review the plan of care and intervene when necessary. Utilize nursing judgment in patient assessment and assist with diagnosis and initiation of delegated medical processes. Improve continuity of patient care and facilitate patient flow.
