What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, meals, laundry, and basic housekeeping as assigned
• follow care plans, schedules, safety practices, and community protocols
• monitor resident activity, food intake, functional and psychosocial status
• report and document changes
• respond to crises according to protocol and basic first aid training
• communicate with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
