Production Support Coordinator — D Shift, 6 p.m.–6 a.m. (Lettershop)

The Production Support Coordinator works onsite in Chanhassen, MN, on the D shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The starting pay range is $20.50–$24 per hour. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the coordinator supports production workflows by managing job documentation, materials, and communication so work can proceed accurately and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Track incoming production jobs
• assemble job packages and required materials
• review production documents for accuracy and completeness
• maintain spreadsheets and reports
• coordinate with account executives, content development, and client services to resolve job issues
• archive completed documents and remove outdated materials
• order materials according to the job schedule
• print designated materials
• and coordinate with team leads and supervisors to support timely completion.
