What you'll do

• Support and supervise residents
• maintain a safe, respectful, trauma-informed environment
• assist with daily routines, transportation coordination, childcare-related activities, and recovery programming
• encourage participation in treatment, parenting programs, and community resources
• monitor facility safety and policy compliance
• respond to crises using de-escalation techniques
• document accurately and communicate updates to the treatment team.
