What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral and functional behavior assessments
- develop treatment and behavior intervention plans
- supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and behavior therapists
- coach parents and caregivers
- analyze progress data and adjust plans
- complete treatment plans, reassessments, reports, and insurance documentation
- collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and providers
- follow BACB ethics and payer requirements.
