Education and Inclusion Coach

What you'll do

• Coach family child care providers toward quality improvement goals
• support developmentally appropriate activities
• collect and analyze educational and developmental data
• conduct FCCERS and CLASS assessments
• collaborate on trainings and professional learning communities
• travel to child care homes and centers for coaching and site visits
• provide individualized support for children with suspected developmental needs
• support IEP and IFSP goals
• coordinate with providers, families, and consultants
• assist with referrals and access to resources.

Why this role

Requires spoken Cantonese and English fluency, a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, special education, or a related field, and at least two years each as a lead teacher and in adult-learning coaching. Occasional weekend and evening events or training occur approximately four to five times per year; frequent travel within San Francisco is required.
