What you'll do

• Provide intake and benefit assessments, goal setting, case plans, progress monitoring, money-management support, advocacy, and referrals
• meet regularly with clients using a trauma-informed framework
• coordinate community and domestic violence resources and follow up on referrals
• provide safety planning and anti-violence education
• enter client contacts in HMIS and Salesforce
• complete required documentation
• transport clients as needed in a company vehicle
• participate in meetings, training, and supervision
• represent Safe Haven at conferences and meetings.
