What you'll do

• Use cooking and food-preparation equipment and techniques
• prepare simple food regimes and basic modified diets based on individual resident nutritional needs
• adjust recipes to yield required servings when necessary
• test recipes and recommend changes
• prepare and cook food in batches while maintaining quality and appeal
• direct activities of one or more workers assisting with meal preparation and service.
