What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and consumer account openings
• handle customer calls and inquiries
• balance cash drawers and vault cash
• issue checks and money orders
• promote bank products
• prepare coin and currency for vault storage
• maintain teller supplies
• meet sales goals with supervisor guidance
• operate and balance branch equipment
• scan and balance teller work
• handle stop payments and holds
• assist with account information, safety deposit boxes, and customer documentation
• support daily reconciliation and comply with bank policies and regulations.
