The Quoting & New Product Introduction Engineer — Day Shift role is onsite in Liberty Lake, WA, with a salary range of $75,000–$100,000 per year. The engineer connects program management, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain from customer quotation through production launch. The role evaluates requirements, develops cost estimates, assesses manufacturability, and leads new product introduction so customer, quality, cost, and delivery objectives can be met.
What you'll do
- Review customer RFQs, drawings, specifications, models, and quality requirements
- assess manufacturability and communicate design-for-manufacturing feedback
- develop cost estimates and obtain supplier pricing
- determine manufacturing processes, routings, cycle times, equipment needs, and lead times
- prepare quotations and maintain supporting records
- lead cross-functional NPI execution from order receipt through production launch
- develop and validate processes, work instructions, and inspection requirements
- support initial builds and ramp-up
- resolve technical, quality, and production issues
- support continuous improvement and quality-system compliance.

Why this role
