What you'll do
- Perform initial health screenings and physical assessments
- monitor and document health, vital signs, and medical histories
- provide direct care, triage, assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate services
- manage acute and chronic conditions
- respond to emergencies and provide first aid
- educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyles, and substance abuse prevention
- follow facility security protocols and maintain accurate medical records.
