What you'll do

• Exchange cash for gaming chips, tickets, vouchers, and other approved instruments
• redeem chips, tickets, and vouchers for cash
• process authorized jackpots, fills, credits, marker payments, and payouts
• verify patron identification for large transactions and regulatory requirements
• balance the cash drawer and reconcile transactions at shift end
• follow internal controls, accounting procedures, and gaming regulations
• report counterfeit currency, suspicious transactions, or potential fraud
• complete logs and reports
• provide guest service
• protect confidential information
• communicate with management, security, surveillance, and accounting.
