Serving as the operational hub of the Marketing team, the coordinator organizes project workflows, tracks initiatives, and supports timely delivery of compliant, on-brand materials. The role works with the Marketing Designer, Digital Marketing Specialist, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the commercial organization’s growth goals.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming marketing requests, requirements, timelines, reviews, approvals, and delivery
• maintain editorial calendars, project trackers, and status reports
• coordinate content, print production, compliance reviews, and external vendors
• maintain asset libraries and inventory
• prepare recurring reports and campaign analyses
• recommend workflow improvements.
