What you'll do

• Process and book global airline, hotel, and transportation requests
• assist corporate travelers and resolve travel issues
• manage reservations, extensions, changes, and refunds
• contact hotels for cost-allocation documentation and receipts
• prepare travel statistics
• enter data into department reporting systems
• follow booking procedures using proprietary software
• assist with employee personal travel arrangements.
