Quality Analyst Co-Op

The Quality Analyst Co-Op position is onsite in Granite City, IL, and is designed for a student working part time while in school. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. Amsted Rail supplies integrated bogie systems for the heavy-haul freight market. The co-op supports the casting quality-engineering group through a major ongoing project and daily quality tasks. The work contributes to product quality and process improvement in the green sand foundry operation.

What you'll do

• Assist with the green sand foundry process and a major ongoing project
• support technical issues involving product quality, metrology, and nondestructive testing
• help manage product throughput
• communicate project work and findings.
