What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors
• respond to appointment requests and schedule medical, vision, and dental visits
• communicate delays
• resolve patient concerns
• coordinate with the Health Benefits Department and call center
• confirm approved plans and vision coverage
• inform patients of payments and collect them
• prepare billing paperwork
• provide cross-department coverage as assigned.
