What you'll do

• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend production methods, materials, finishing, distribution, inventory, and campaign execution strategies

• review project costs and fulfillment options
• recommend cost-effective solutions
• coordinate Sales, Prepress, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance
• resolve customer and operational issues
• analyze service metrics and recommend workflow improvements
• use ERP and web-to-print platforms to manage account performance.
