Surgical Coordinator

The Surgical Coordinator role is onsite in Buffalo, NY. Pay is $21–$30 per hour. The role guides patients through their surgical journey by coordinating scheduling, preparation, clinical testing, and documentation. It supports physicians and helps deliver an organized, patient-focused experience.

What you'll do

• Schedule surgeries and manage changes
• educate patients about procedures and preoperative instructions
• collect and document patient and insurance information
• coordinate medical clearances
• perform IOL measurements and clinical testing
• maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation
• collect patient payments
• support physicians and the patient experience.
