The caregiver also supports safe community participation and completes daily progress notes. The schedule is Mondays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What you'll do

• Encourage and support home activities
• assist with personal hygiene
• prepare meals and perform light cleaning
• maintain a safe living environment
• accompany the individual to social events, grocery shopping, appointments, and other community outings
• promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• complete daily progress notes.
