What you'll do

• Provide face-to-face service to visitors, members, and donors
• process ticket orders and membership sales
• provide information during admission queues
• monitor guest flow into ticketed exhibitions
• operate the Visitor Center call center
• maintain lost and found records and vending funds
• operate the 3D Film experience
• set up and break down queues
• handle accessibility questions and sensory bag tracking
• handle grievance procedures.
