What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• see patients promptly through the VEG Triage and VEG Spikes approach
• gather patient history, presenting complaint, vitals, and examination findings
• conduct physical examinations and diagnostic measures such as ultrasound, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• diagnose conditions and create diagnostic and therapeutic plans
• explain diagnoses and treatment options to customers
• prepare estimates
• maintain accurate medical records
• perform minor and major emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• educate customers on aftercare and prevention.
