What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person
• welcome guests and manage intake paperwork
• schedule and manage appointments using Mindbody
• assist with payments, memberships, packages, and invoices
• support product recommendations and Shopify point-of-sale purchases
• maintain inventory counts, customer records, and reception areas
• follow privacy standards and assist with event setup.
