What you'll do

• Inspect the community for cleanliness and clutter
• remove litter, trash, debris, and pet waste
• rake, sweep, shovel, landscape, and perform groundskeeping
• assist with moving heavy items and apartment trash-outs
• clean and maintain common areas, storage, and dumpster areas
• paint and perform other assigned physical tasks
• assist the maintenance team as directed
• communicate professionally with residents, staff, vendors, and management.
