Engineering Analyst — Utility Asset Management

What you'll do

• Lead client meetings and present project cost, timeline, and progress data
• prepare agendas and meeting materials
• investigate client issues and billing or timeline questions
• identify trends and provide recommendations
• assist with vendor relationships
• prepare and process invoices and billing statements
• develop engineering project cost estimates
• manage joint-use applications, proposals, and client data in specified software
• maintain project data, files, and records
• communicate with clients and team members
• follow workflows and confidentiality practices
• travel 5% for training, projects, or meetings as stated in the duties.
