What you'll do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• repair and replace fixtures
• install shelves, signs, and equipment
• maintain mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and alarm systems
• perform landscaping and custodial tasks
• respond to emergencies and system alarms
• follow safety policies
• manage work orders
• support and train junior staff
• coordinate with vendors and contractors.
