Afterschool Program Site Manager

The Afterschool Program Site Manager role is onsite in Miami Gardens, FL, and pays $18 per hour. Compensation is hourly. Big Ideas Educational Services develops programs to transform the academic visions of the students and families it serves. The role leads daily operations at an out-of-school program, coordinating staff and activities while maintaining a safe, organized, engaging environment. It supports student success through program oversight, family and school relationships, accurate records, and consistent safety and compliance practices.

What you'll do

• Lead and support program staff, coordinate schedules and daily assignments, and provide check-ins, coaching, and feedback. Coordinate academic, enrichment, STEM, arts, and recreation activities
• oversee student arrival, attendance, transitions, dismissal, and authorized pickup. Maintain records, logs, schedules, supplies, and inventory
• ensure policies and safety requirements are followed. Communicate with families, school partners, and community partners
• review program data and reporting
• support positive student behavior.
