What you'll do

• Identify and develop potential customers
• make sales presentations
• assess customer requirements and recommend solutions
• maintain existing customer relationships
• consult on project requirements and prepare information about materials, specifications, costs, and timelines
• prepare estimates and process quotes, purchase orders, tickets, changes, and invoices
• pursue gross-margin goals
• assist with credits, refunds, returns, and exchanges
• coordinate with yard, store, and office personnel
• handle special orders
• support credit requirements
• maintain and grow the customer base.
