The Finance Manager role is onsite in Bowling Green, KY, at Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac. The schedule includes one rotating Saturday per month, with a weekday off in exchange; the listed sales department hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, but are not the employee’s set schedule. Compensation offers performance-based earning potential up to $250,000 per year. The role reports to the Finance Director and supports vehicle sales transactions. The manager handles the financial side of vehicle sales by presenting documents and service options, processing leases and loan origination, and ensuring fees and titling meet legal standards. The role also supports customers with warranty questions and works toward monthly goals set by the Director and General Manager.
