The Brewista, Coffee Stand role is onsite in Monroe, NC, with compensation of $12–$16 per hour including tips. The role prepares drinks, takes and processes orders, and builds positive customer interactions while keeping the stand stocked and clean. It contributes to a welcoming, efficient service experience throughout each shift.

What you'll do

• Confirm drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
• collect payments and provide correct change
• prepare drinks and premixes
• maintain productivity throughout the shift
• connect with customers and offer menu guidance
• complete shift-change duties and checklists
• follow sanitation and safety standards
• clean and stock the stand.
