What you'll do

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy, clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• maintain a direct caseload
• complete supervisory training and provide supervision and mentorship after readiness and applicable approvals
• support clinicians with decision-making, documentation, treatment planning, ethical practice, and development
• complete timely documentation
• collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative teams
• participate in training, consultation, meetings, and quality improvement
• follow Oregon regulations, HIPAA, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Why this role

Paid supervisory training, structured onboarding, mentorship, and leadership development; previous supervisory experience is not required. Bilingual Spanish or Haitian Creole is preferred, not required.
