Inbound Logistics & Receiving Coordinator

What you'll do

• Assign dock doors and prioritize unloading
• inspect shipments and verify counts and condition
• match receipts to purchase orders and shipping documents
• document discrepancies and coordinate resolutions
• label, organize, and stage materials
• post receipts in ERP and inventory systems
• update schedules and transportation plans
• maintain shipment records
• support cycle counts and audits
• communicate with carriers and suppliers
• verify incoming materials against quality standards
• follow safety and hazardous-material handling procedures
• support kanban material flow.
