What you'll do

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation
• complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
• follow service standards and ensure food temperature and presentation
• use approved recipes and portion standards
• maintain service records
• carry food and supplies safely
• store food using wrapping, dating, rotation, and food-safety procedures
• clean and sanitize assigned areas and equipment
• address customer concerns and report relevant information to a supervisor
• attend in-service and safety meetings.
