Construction & Mechanical Rope Access Technician

Job overview

The Construction & Mechanical Rope Access Technician role is onsite in Youngsville, LA, with work on offshore and onshore projects. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Lead, oversee, and execute offshore and onshore construction and mechanical projects
• conduct rope access operations in accordance with applicable SPRAT/IRATA and company requirements
• provide technical oversight for welding, fabrication, structural repairs, and mechanical maintenance
• produce drawing isometrics, measurements, and bills of materials
• manage rigging operations
• develop work packs, execution plans, and resource requirements
• participate in planning meetings, risk assessments, job safety analyses, and post-job reviews
• provide project updates
• support emergency response and mobilization as required
• maintain safety, quality, and policy compliance.
