What you'll do

• Perform routine and non-routine cytogenetic procedures, including slide preparation and analysis
• review chromosome and FISH samples and write reports
• support staffing, scheduling, and turnaround-time monitoring
• troubleshoot quality issues and maintain equipment
• participate in proficiency testing and document results
• ensure quality-control records and accurate documentation
• notify technical leadership of nonconformances.
