What you'll do

• Represent insurance carriers in coverage disputes
• analyze and advise on commercial general liability, excess and umbrella, professional liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, cyber, financial lines, and specialty policies
• draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, declaratory judgment actions, motions, and appellate briefs
• handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
• appear in state and federal courts
• manage matters and maintain client interaction.
