What you'll do

• Engage members as a first point of contact and identify their needs
• open memberships and checking, savings, and specialty accounts in compliance with credit union policies
• conduct consumer loan interviews and process applications
• recommend relevant financial products
• educate members about digital banking and self-service tools
• maintain and balance the branch vault
• support branch opening and closing and cash management
• collaborate with the team on branch sales and service goals.
