What you'll do
- Elicit requirements from program owners, subject-matter experts, specialists, project managers, and technical stakeholders
- document workflows and business rules
- perform gap and functional-parity analysis
- define digital form and portal requirements
- specify data mappings and integrations
- capture performance, security, privacy, accessibility, and reporting requirements
- decompose work into Jira epics, features, and user stories
- maintain traceability in Jira and Confluence
- partner with UI/UX
- define chatbot experience requirements
- coordinate UAT
- contribute to documentation, training materials, release notes, and migration planning.
