The Per Diem Registered Nurse is an onsite role based in Seattle, WA, with a pay rate of $59.33 per hour. This position supports the DESC Crisis Solutions Center and ORCA Center. This role exists to provide nursing services to adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, or opioid use disorder. The nurse coordinates medication services, performs clinical assessments, and provides harm reduction counseling as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
What you'll do
- Coordinate medical aspects of care, including monitoring and administration of medications.
- Provide education to clients regarding their treatment, medical and mental health condition.
- Provide clinical assessments, RN case management, medical monitoring, wound care and other treatments.
- Rapid initiation of medications for opioid use disorder.
