The Health Services Administrator leads site operations to ensure compliance with contract requirements, QCHC policies, and nursing standards. What you'll do
- Formulate staffing patterns and ensure contract compliance
- guide inmate treatment and nursing staff using QCHC policies
- interview and hire staff, coordinate orientation, and assess clinical skills
- ensure nursing activities and daily tasks meet standards and timelines
- conduct staff meetings and annual evaluations
- review payroll
- develop clinical outcome measures
- coordinate with physicians and clinical staff
- provide inmate care under physician orders
- assist with pharmacy utilization reviews, education, quality improvement, policy development, budgeting, equipment requests, and scheduled reports
- attend mandatory meetings.

Why this role
Associate’s degree in nursing, current state nursing license, and current CPR required. Three years of nursing practice required; administrative or management and correctional healthcare experience are preferred.
