What you'll do

• Prepare salads, bake desserts, and complete menu meals on time without direct supervision from the Dining Services Director
• read and follow production sheets
• safely operate kitchen and dishwashing equipment
• clean and sanitize ovens, grills, workspaces, and utensils
• check delivered food orders against invoices
• provide weekend coverage and participate in rotating on-call situations as assigned.
